Refunds are available for items returned within 30 days of purchase. To qualify, the product must be unused. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.No refunds to personalized or signed items.

We offer standard shipping only. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. We ship to the U.S. and Canada. 

3. Return Policy and Process

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for products in new, unused condition. Please contact our support team at team@elliotcadeau.com to initiate the return process. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective. Restocking fees may apply.
